Privacy Policy

Introduction

Concert Memories ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled when you use our mobile application (the "Service"). Concert Memories does not collect, store, or process any of your personal data on our servers. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Data Storage

All your data is stored in one of two places:

  • Locally on your device: Your concert memories, notes, and app preferences are stored directly on your iPhone or iPad
  • Apple's iCloud (optional): If you enable iCloud sync, your data is securely stored and synced across your devices using Apple's iCloud service, subject to Apple's privacy policy

How Your Data is Used

Since we don't collect your data, we don't use it. Your data is used solely by the app on your device to:

  • Display your concert memories and upcoming events
  • Send you countdown notifications for events you've added (processed locally on your device)
  • Sync your data across your devices (handled entirely by Apple's iCloud, if enabled)
  • Provide the core functionality of tracking and organizing your music events

Third-Party Services

Concert Memories integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Apple iCloud: Optional data sync across your devices (subject to Apple's Privacy Policy)
  • RevenueCat: Handles in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymized usage and purchase data to provide their service. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy

Your Data Control

Since all your data is stored locally or in your iCloud, you have complete control:

  • Access your data: All your concert memories are accessible directly in the app
  • Delete your data: You can delete individual events or clear all data from the app settings
  • Control iCloud sync: Enable or disable iCloud sync in your device settings
  • Manage notifications: Turn push notifications on or off in your device settings
  • Complete removal: Deleting the app removes all locally stored data

Children's Privacy

Concert Memories does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
