Party Divider is an iOS app for splitting expenses with friends. We do not operate accounts, cloud sync, or any backend service that stores your data. The information you enter in the app (such as groups, expenses, and balances) is stored locally on your device. This policy describes how the app handles that data.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect personal information on our servers. We do not require you to sign in. We do not sell your data. We do not use the app to build advertising profiles about you. Any data you see in Party Divider stays on your iPhone or iPad unless you choose to share it yourself outside the app (for example by sending a message or screenshot).

Data stored on your device

Expense details, group information, and related app data are stored locally on your device. How long that data remains depends on your use of the app and your device settings. Uninstalling the app may remove locally stored data according to iOS behavior; you are responsible for any backups you wish to keep.

Sharing with third parties

We do not transmit your Party Divider content to our own servers because we do not operate such services for this app. We do not share your expense or group data with third parties for marketing. If you use features that involve Apple’s systems (such as the App Store or standard device backup), Apple’s terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

Data security

Your data in Party Divider is protected by your device’s security (for example, passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID). Because we do not receive your app data remotely, we are not in a position to access it over the internet.

Children’s privacy

Party Divider is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require accounts and does not send children’s expense data to us.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
