1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cull ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Cull is an iOS app that helps you curate your photo library using a swipe-based interface. You review photos one at a time and choose to keep them or mark them for deletion. Photos you mark for deletion are moved to the device’s Recently Deleted album only after you confirm. The App works entirely on your device; it does not use accounts, cloud sync, or a backend service.

3. Use of the App

You may use the App only in compliance with these terms, Apple’s App Store Terms of Use, and any applicable laws. You may not use the App to harm others, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the App’s behavior in ways that could harm your device or others’ data.

4. Photo Library Access and Your Responsibility

The App requests access to your photo library to display photos and to move selected photos to Recently Deleted when you confirm. You grant this access at your own discretion. You are responsible for your photos and for backing them up if you want to recover them after they are removed from Recently Deleted (e.g. after the 30-day period). We are not responsible for any loss of photos due to your choices, device failure, or iOS behavior.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, that deletions will always behave as described, or that your device or data will be unaffected. Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, developers, and distributors) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, photos, or profits, arising from your use or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

7. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the App.
